She led the Customer Insights functions at multiple companies with a B2B focus, including Synopsys, Robert Half, VeriSign, Symantec, Veritas and Micro Focus. While at Intel, she specialized in advertising effectiveness research, influencing multi-million dollar advertising investments. Elaine’s experience enables her to cherry-pick the best qualitative or quantitative method to fit any strategic issue, budget, and time constraint. She has a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, San Diego. After volunteering with her Bichon-Poodle therapy dog on the weekends, you can find her hiking in the redwoods or deep into a Science Fiction novel.
